Designed to deliver a feeling of peace and contentment, the lodge prioritises comfort and convenience and is finished with tranquil aesthetics. The fully-catered Safari lodge has five bedrooms and a spacious central living area which flows onto a viewing deck complete with a swimming pool perched right on the riverbed.
Situated in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, Tulela is within the Greater Kruger Park on the western flank of Kruger National Park. We share a pristine area of 7 500 hectares in which to explore on game drive and on foot, among the free-roaming wildlife of South Africa’s largest conservation area.

International flights to Johannesburg’s OR Tambo Airport followed by a 1-hour-long domestic flight to Eastgate Airport outside Hoedspruit. From here, it’s a 45-minute drive through the reserve until arriving at the lodge. Driving to Tulela from Johannesburg takes six to seven hours.
